Manager media training
Our courses for senior spokespersons are structured around practical one-to-one and down-the-line television and radio interviews and are based on developing scenarios. They provide an effective introduction to broadcasting and how best to manage different media and respond most effectively. See your performance improve where it matters most – on screen.

New responder training
Our courses for those with little or no media experience provide the practical skills required to respond to telephone calls from journalists, convey information in a clear and concise manner, and recognise different editorial requirements. The practical sessions are complemented by presentations on reputation threat and understanding the media and their objectives.

Refresher training
Our courses for those with previous media response experience focus on developing the performance of the team. We build our team members’ knowledge and confidence in fast moving and dynamic exercises and provide the chance to work in each of the media response team roles.
